eLearning Brothers Begins Development for Alfardan Medical and Northwestern Medicine

Utah company creating onboarding training for luxury clinic in Qatar

American Fork, Utah - October 31, 2019 - eLearning Brothers announced a major new contract with Alfardan Medical and Northwestern Medicine. The eLearning Brothers custom solutions team will be creating a comprehensive online training program to prepare newly hired healthcare professionals, leaders, and employees to deliver the most advanced, patient-centric care with service excellence on day-one of the Alfardan Medical with Northwestern Medicine (AMNM) facility opening and beyond.

Alfardan Group and Northwestern Medicine first announced the new ambulatory care center in early 2019.

Mr. Omar Hussain Al Fardan, President & CEO of Alfardan Group stated, 'With the opening of Alfardan Medical with Northwestern Medicine, our ambition is to enhance Qatar's medical system and reach global standards in healthcare. We are capable of delivering the most advanced integrated healthcare by leveraging our strengths in this venture, Northwestern Medicine, and their expertise in medical services, combined with the Alfardan Group's renowned capacity for service excellence.'

Effective onboarding, training, and assimilation of the patient-centered culture are critical factors in realizing the AMNM vision to be the most trusted healthcare provider in Qatar,” said eLearning Brothers Marty Rosenheck, eLearning Brothers Director, Talent Development Consulting. “Using interactive, immersive training, eLearning Brothers will help bring Northwestern Medicine’s proven medical model to Qatar within the context of AMNM’s luxury, patient-oriented facility.”

eLearning Brothers has previously worked with Northwestern Medicine to design and implement a comprehensive training program that was instrumental in leading a newly built Northwestern hospital facility to success.

“eLearning Brothers developed learning paths for all our staff and physicians that successfully prepared them to safely and effectively navigate the new building, new equipment, and new workflows from day one at a new hospital facility in Lake Forest, Illinois,” said Nick Wojciechowski, Northwestern Medicine Project Director. “We look forward to working with them again.”

“We’re confident that the training created by the eLearning Brothers Custom Solutions team will prepare new healthcare workers to carry out the award-winning Northwestern Medicine model of healthcare while maintaining Alfardan’s impeccable brand values and commitment to quality, resulting in a world-class, patient-centric, luxury institution in Qatar,” said Andrew Scivally, eLearning Brothers Co-founder and CEO.
