Doha, Qatar – 21 July 2024: COYA, the vibrant Peruvian restaurant nestled within W Hotel & Residences, invites guests to celebrate Peru Independence Day with a weekend of culinary delights and festive events inspired by the rich heritage of the Inca Empire, from July 25th to 28th.
The festivities begin on Thursday, July 25th, with the Inca Evening Brunch. Starting at 7:30pm, guests can and running until 12am, guests can indulge in chef specials and delightful drinks while enjoying the lively beats of COYA's DJ Caner Cort from 10 pm and until 2am. The celebration will continue until 3am, offering a spectacular and extended evening for all attendees. Tickets are priced at 280 QAR per person.
On Friday, July 26th, the activities continue with the Peruvian Brunch from 12pm to 4pm, offering a rich array of traditional Peruvian dishes, curated by COYA's culinary masters. Guests can choose from the special summer brunch package which starts at 250 QAR for soft package or can select the enhanced package for 350 QAR for a delectable dining experience.
Throughout the weekend, guests can also delight in a special menu featuring a selection of five Peruvian classics available for both lunch and dinner. Highlights from the menu include Mixto Ceviche, featuring seabass, smoked prawn, and crispy squid; Causa con Pulpo with roasted octopus and purple potato; and Anticucho Tradicional, showcasing veal heart skewers with aji panca. The special menu will be offered throughout the entire occasion. Other dishes to savor include Arroz Chaufa with grilled baby chicken, and the classic Lomo Saltado, a beef fillet dish accompanied by yucca chips and Peruvian rice. For dessert, indulge in Picarones Peruanos, served with chancaca syrup and exotic fruit ice cream.
