05 February 2025 – Zulal Wellness Resort by Chiva-Som, the Middle East’s first and largest full immersion wellness destination, is proud to announce its partnership with Aspire Zone for Qatar National Sports Day 2025 to promote health, wellbeing, and an active lifestyle within the community.
Taking place on Tuesday, 11 February 2025, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Aspire Park (Pitch No. 10 & 11), Zulal Wellness Resort will host a series of wellness sessions designed to encourage a balanced and active lifestyle. Participants can experience Hatha Yoga, Mindful Meditation, Tai Chi, and Thai Boxing, all led by expert practitioners to help improve strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.
In addition to the sessions, Zulal Wellness Resort will have an interactive booth where visitors can learn more about the resort’s Traditional Arabic & Islamic Medicine (TAIM) approach, explore its family wellness programs, and discover how sustainable living is integrated into everything it does.
